Come along to Explorers Club every Saturday (9am – 12pm) or Sunday (09:30 – 12:30) at Harrison’s Rocks in Groombridge for an action packed morning of outdoor climbing that’s suitable for children of all abilities. What could be better than a morning spent in the sunshine, getting active and developing important life skills such as team work, trust and self belief.
Explorers Club is a great weekend activity where kids have loads of fun working in groups with instructors to tackle a variety of climbs, learn a number of techniques and develop their rope work. Your child will leave every session having learned something new. The club is a great opportunity for kids to develop their self-esteem, boost their confidence and make new friends.
The minimum age for Explorers Club is 8 and to maintain the highest levels of coaching we do limit numbers so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Perfect For: Adventurous children who enjoy outdoor activities or those who have tried indoor climbing.
Duration: 3 Hours
Weather: Courses are rarely weather affected, we will notify you in the unlikely event we need to postpone.

Winter Indoor Climbing
Location: Indoor Climbing, Woolwich
When: 9am meet at Harrison’s Car Park, returning by 1pm or meet us there at 10am, leaving by 12.15pm (dates below)
Transport: With your permission we can take some children in our car (limited capacity), we can meet you there, or you can follow.

Getting To The Indoor Climbing Wall
|Road:||A2 corridor, first roundabout east of Thames Barrier onto Warspite Road (look out for our banners and Clancy’s pub on the corner of the roundabout).The entrance to Harrington Way is through a set of gates on the left side of the road. The gates are automatic, pedestrians and cyclists please use the designated walking paths.Once inside the complex, continue directly ahead along the main road, and take the first left. The Reach is located at the right hand corner. Keep your eyes peeled for the big banners!|

There is free car parking located to the right as you come in the main gates. During the week the loading bay outside The Reach roller doors can only be used AFTER 6pm as lorries need to use this space, otherwise you may end up with bumps and scratches not associated with climbing.
There is covered bicycle parking located inside the roller doors at The Reach unit.
